Kávozrnko, s. r. o. (“Fiscal IQ”, “we”, “us”) is the data controller of personal data processed in connection with the Fiscal IQ application and website (the “Service”).
2. Scope
This Privacy Policy applies to:
- The Fiscal IQ mobile application
- Any upcoming Fiscal IQ web application
- Related website services
3. Categories of Personal Data
3.1 Account Data
When creating an account:
- Email address
- Name (as provided)
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR (contract performance)
3.2 Invoice Data (Optional Feature)
If you enable invoice storage in the Pro version of the Service, we process:
- Customer names
- Addresses
- VAT numbers
- Invoice values
- Dates
- Transaction details
Free-tier invoice inputs are processed transiently and are not stored.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
Users storing invoice data act as Data Controllers. Fiscal IQ acts as Data Processor (see Terms).
3.3 VAT Validation Data
VAT numbers submitted for validation are transmitted to the European Commission’s VIES system.
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(b) GDPR.
3.4 Technical Data
- IP address
- Device/browser data
- Server logs
Legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest – security and system integrity).
3.5 Support Communications
- Email address
- Message content
Legal basis: Legitimate interest.
4. Payments
Subscription payments, where applicable, are processed exclusively through our website by third-party payment providers.
The mobile application does not process payments.
We do not store payment card information.
5. Data Retention
- Account data: duration of account + 12 months
- Invoice data: duration of subscription + 30 days
- Logs: up to 90 days
- Accounting records: as required by Slovak law
6. Data Sharing
We share data only with:
- EU-based hosting providers
- Payment processors (for website subscriptions only)
- Email infrastructure providers
- European Commission VIES system
We do not sell personal data.
7. International Transfers
All data is stored and processed within the European Union.

10. Account Deletion
Users may delete their account directly within the application settings.
Upon deletion:
